However I have not studied psychology formally in any class room, but I really feel interest in psyche of peers and numerous levels in an organization. I did not know what they perceived abou t me. But I was getting impressed their way of working and bringing the things in a flow upstream. Mr. John Fernandez, a senior training officer, is a retired employee of the same organization.
